Instructional Intervention: Positive Psychology for Learning

This project was completed for Learning, Cognition, and Instructional Design and Development, Fall 2018.

Thrive Principles: Positive Instruction for Growing Learners incorporates Seligman’s positive psychology—especially the elements of Duckworth’s grit and Dweck’s growth mindset—with a mastery-based learning approach. While the paper focuses on the higher education context, I could easily adapt this approach to a business setting.
